Thanks for the welcome and the advice - I will download the manual later today - These 750's are really cool bikes...

As for the Model - I think you are correct - It is not an "F" model, I looked more closely at the stamp beneath the carburator and with the help of an old toothbrush discovered it is a CB 750 E is that good? I've seen F's but not many E's
