thanks, may go HTC, was going to do so 3 years ago but they quit making the phone I was after so went with Nokia instead. much as I like the thing I have no won't go Nokia again, looks like they are going to lose out on the North American market.
Blackberry? going tubular so no thanks, though I have friends that work for the company.
Shiny: don't run 2 antivirus programs at the same time. totally delete Norton then download AVG free [not AVG trial] and use it as you e-mail scanner. have malawarebytes handy and run it weekly if you want, but no need to keep it running while AVG is.
and yes, you get a bit more with the paid versions, but the free ones are enough imo.
