Ok,I'm making time to sort all of this out today. I have the AVG ready to go,but how do i remove Norton? Is it as simple as deleting it to the recycle bin? I wouldnt think so. I cant see how to remove it,but I can see where to disable it. But damn,when you disable it it throws up so many "Caution!:Your Unprotected" messages you can't use the computer around it.      Btw this sucks.  I should be put riding :(
