CDA is talking about where Deadman is doing his brake lines. He is warning against mixing different types/DOT's of brake fluid.

Don't do it.

The rainbow is God's promise to us that He will never flood the Earth again. You see them when it rains so it is a good reminder of that promise. Just putting it out there...
