My '80 750f has dual discs and rear disc. However, the forks are 35mm -I believe this is the fork size for all 750's.
Now I do have a 900 also, and I know at least the c model comes with 37mm forks stock.
So, I would venture to say you have a cb750 with a 900 front end.
