HAHA.I dont need the whole bike.I just need one to get some measurements off of.
I got some goodies today! Thank you Mr.Tools!!

So here are three items that were needed added to the corner of the shop where parts are piling up for this build.

Now that I dont have to go out and purchase these I can spend that money on other items...like groceries!!!
I did hang the new swingarm in the pivot point real quick today. The pivot bolt is the same size as a CB but the swingarm itself is just a touch narrower. Two washers per side made it fit like a glove.Too easy, something is bound to go wrong...

Before I progress much farther collecting parts I was wanting you guys' & gals' opinion on a few things. I dont know if what I want to do with this bike is called street fighter, street tracker or whatever. I just want a modernized CB750. Kind of a "what would they look like now if they kept making them" type thing.
My thing right now is wheel choice. I have Comstars and spokes. My Comstars are both disc brake wheels, front and rear. My spokes wheels,I have three of and I can go either disc or drum on the rear. I am tempted to go with the spoke drum setup on the rear because drum brakes are so dang simple. But a "modernized" CB750 with spokes and a drum?...what do you think?
Another reason for wanting to go with the spokes is I have the rotors to do a dual disc for the spoke wheels.I only have one rotor for my Comstars. I really want dual disc on this bike, too.
I wonder just how modern you can make a spoke or a Comstar look???...
Any and all opinions,please!
