There's always hope. You can do anything you want. Just a matter of what it'll take, and the consequences.
Again, that's just what I found from a Google search - a person from Yahoo said they used them before. Do some searching on your own, look for reviews for them. You ARE trusting them as owners of your bike.
If it checks out, I hope you pry the title from the dead guy's fingers. Be gentle though. You don't want to be haunted.
Though I hear a ghost is chilly, and having a ghost around MUST be cheaper than running the a/c all the time...
