High idle

I just put new carb boots on my bike because the old one where cracked and beat up and now i get a hight idle when i rev it up, but if i slow the motor down using the clutch like stalling it out it will come back down to normal.. thought maybe i had a boot leaking but i took them all off and put sealant in them and tighten them back down and still have the problem. think i need to re sinc my carbs? any help would be awesome!
