Well this is embarrassing but I think the frame is bent in the front end of the bike.  Noticed a few odd weld points, measured sections bilaterally and it appears the frame is bent.  Very disappointed.  I originally thought the handlebars were twisted and was going to make an adjustment. When i removed the tank to get the carbs out gave the bike a good inspection.  (what i should have done when I bought it)  

What are my options guys if the frame is really bent?
