You can always disassemble things.  It's putting them back together that is the trick .

I believe you should be able to remove them without breaking the carb bank.

Deuces wild site write-up (in the pics, scroll down) says to loosen the screws with needle nose pliers.  I'm guessing that this is because the screws are inaccessible with any type of screwdriver.

NOTE: I haven't done this yet myself, but the pics make sense - as long as the screws aren't seized.  If they're really in there, then I guess you'll need to break the carb bank and use an impact screwdriver (the kind you hit with a hammer).
