I'm sure your heart was pounding pretty good when it started.  Nice that you didn't lash out, stood your ground (literally), and won in the end.  I'm not sure I would have done that, but you must have thought this person needed a lesson.

I think the issue is people are just not paying attention.  I sat behind a car at a green light for 15 seconds, while the young lady in the car touched up her makeup and hair.  I beeped once, she looked in the mirror, and went back to preening.  I beeped again, twice more.  Then she got busy with driving, and took off.

I see this kind of stupidity/ignorance, and all I do is shake my head. It's all I can do.
