You are kinda in uncharted territory and at home base at the same time. Stock sizes work best on a stock bike, but yours is modified(uncharted territory),yet it retains the same wheelbase, rake and basic weight distribution of stock(home base). Tough call, really. I went down to stock tire sizes on mine. I miss how full my front fender was with the 110 now that has the 100 in there, but the handling difference was not subtle. Stock sizes really made a difference. Of course,it could also be the difference between my old H-D style kicks vs. the current Shinko's. But for sure, the skinnier tire feels like it WANTS to lean vs. the wider one where i had to push the bike over. But the wide tire wasnt at all terrible to ride.
For what it's worth, being someone who has run both skinny and wide,On my Buffalo I plan to stay with stock sizes from here on.But on HaCkJoB I plan to run the fattest/tallest tire I can get to sit on the rim correctly.
