Sorry.I'm not exactly sure what you are asking,but I'll try to help anyway. You have to remove the top fork caps to refill them.With those off the springs will have to nowhere to push against so you should be able to compress the forks freely.If you do not pump the forks a few times you will never get the old fluid out. Put the bike on the center stand and get another jack (bottle jack works good) to lift the front tire off the ground. Once you pop off the fork caps and drain the old fluid you can pump the forks til they stop spewing old fluid. It's really the only way to do it.
