I understand now Adeel.It is tough to get the caps back on. it really just takes some muscle to do it. I have a 3/8" speed wrench that i went out and bought a socket to fit the fork caps.It allows you to put a lot of down pressure on the caps while you turn them. Yeah,that part of it just sucks.
