They use dry ice to remove the dent.

BTW...Those motorcycle tie down straps with the hooks on them come off ALL THE TIME unless it has a safety clip OR you put a couple wraps of tape on them to keep the hook from coming off when you hit a bump.

What happens is you hit a bump and the front forks depress, and the hook flies off.

Ask any motorcycle racer.
