Carb rebuild sucks

Long story short had a local shop rebuild my carbs, just bolted them up & hooked up a temp fuel bottle.  As soon as I open the valve, fuel starts leaking, mainly from #2 carb.  Wtf??  Can anyone due a job right anymore??  Forgot to mention I waited 3 months for these.   Anyone know any prone leakage points on these carbs??
