spoked wheel adjustment?

Hi,after some fantastic help on this forum I finally have my cb750f1 ready,well almost! Iv'e noticed the rear wheel is slightly buckled when spinning,i'd say as I look at the wheel from behind the bike I can see a good half inch from left to right as it spins on centre stand.could I adjust by the spokes,is it a concern as it doesn't affect the ride,thanks for any help on this.
