That sucks
I hate that for you,but the oil pan should not too bad of a chore.I know you didn't want to do it,but I'm sure you can do the job with no problems.
Is there any way possible to get a pic of your chain oiler? I know there is a lot of controversy over whether they exist or not. I have heard several times they do not exist,yet it is in my FSM.It even tells you how to adjust it,yet I can't seem to find it.
