Ya, pretty much zero chance of me spending $600+ on a new exhaust to match the back pressure of the stock exhaust.  I have a 4-1 no name headers/exhaust that a PO put on.

I just rejetted to a bigger idle jet (up to a #75 from the #68 stock) and it runs like a dream.  The PO already had bigger main jets (#105's) and they seem to be working great as well.  When I had the #68's in I had to have my air/fuel screws out 4.5(!) turns to run at all and it was still running lean.
