Rebuilding or finding parts for petcock?

1980 B750C. Petcock leaks pretty good when it experiences any vibration or movement. I opened it up and it has the 4 hole rubber that most bikes of the era had. It's 23MM in diameter. I found one on Ebay, but it was a 20MM. Anybody have any bright ideas that don't involve a second mortgage or explosives?
