Oh,I agree with the driver being responsible for the passenger.And yes,it was quite stupid to ride in a dress. We cant say it was his fault that she fell off,but he definitely should not have let her ride in a dress. Whether her falling off was his fault or not,you can tell he felt really bad about it. I still feel for the both of them. Spinal injuries could never be good.
