Now that is a nice set. Too bad, you could not get it, for $40.00. The Matics, and the K, and F's all have the motor mounts in the same place, so they should bolt right on. It's just wider, and a little higher where the shifter cover is. The bracket that curves up to the top rear mount hits on the corner of that cover. Some 3/4" inch spacers, and I could mount my set, but just don't have time, or ambition. Her are some pictures of Monsterbroncs bike with Triple A running boards.
