Check the routing on the speedo cable, and the front brake line -- make sure they can't get caught/rubbed by the front tire!  That speedo cable looks as though it may be rubbing against the front tire.  Normally, they are clipped to the fender, to prevent touching the tire, especially during turns.  The current set-up looks a bit footloose and fancy-free...  Cheers!
