New exhaust and air filter, need jetting help

I have a 79 CB 750F and I replaced the air box with 4 K&N air pods and removed the muffler, kept the stock header (4 into 1). When I am determining what jets to run, can i change the jets of 1 of the 4 carbs, test it, see how the plugs look, or do I have to change the jets in all 4 carbs before I test it?

Any idea as to where I should start on the main and pilot jets?
