That is just the bulb,not the whole headlight assy. Just making sure you noticed that,but you probably did. Since it is a 7'' bulb it will fit any 7'' headlight bucket,which yours should be.Doesn't hurt to measure to be sure. I have the factory 7'' light on my bike with a Sylvania bulb in it. i cant remeber the exact name of the bulb,but it is some sort of direct replacement for the H4 bulbs.VERY BRIGHT! I have no complaints with this bulb on brightness,except for the fast sometimes it reflect off the street signs so bright that it creates a glare on my visor.Like I said,very bright!

That tri-bar with the blue dot does look killer,though.
