Pat and Tools, how about this?

Tools,if you really want Pat's tank and Pat,if you really want my tank; I'll pay to ship my tank to Pat,and Pat pays to ship his tank to Tools.

This way,Tools gets his tank for free ( on my dime cuz i owe him) and Pat gets an early tank for shipping only.Probably $30 max to send yours to Tools.

Just an idea. Whatever you guys think.
