Of course.No rush at all.Just letting you know. We get them in all the time so it's no big deal.
The bulb shines just regular white. The blue dot doesn't really have an affect on the color of the light beam. It's just for looks really,once the head light is turned on you really can't see it. But they do look cool in a parking lot!
