That's not bad, a bit far but priced nice. Being a 25+ year old bike I could probably get it tagged as an antique & save the GD personal property tax! The good thing about the Rebel is parts are pleantiful.
My preference for performance & fuel economy is actually the Yamaha V Star 250.
Those bike are killer.

One thing we found out at DMV yesterday. Because he is 17 he needs to hold a MC permit for 9 months before they will add a M endorsement  to his drivers license. (adults get immediate licensing) SO even though he passes the written & road test he has to wait until April to be fully licenced rider. So he said he wants to do what I did wait until just before Christmas time when people are selling off their bikes cheap. He saw me buy both my bikes dirt cheap. Makes sense since he can't get his own insurance until he is 18 anyway.

Guess I didn't raise a stupid kid after all!
