  I appreciate every-one's input and support,
   Rib's I have Wally-World mid high steal toe sneakers for work there great on the bike ,
  But will get beat up wearing every-day for both(riding/work) Rain or not
   If I know it's A good chance for storm/heavy rain,This is what these boots are for.

    Gor-Tex was what made most sense to Good use,Also sale's guy said these are Rain Proof not repellent or resistance(meaning need treatment)
