Re-run, do you mean turn the crankshaft one full turn? If so, I've done that. Is the manual correct in stating that you can measure/adjust cylinder 4's intake and exhaust at the same time?
Could it be that while the 1-4 "T" mark is aligned properly, the valves are not fully closed?
