So... When cylinder #1 is at TDC, I am theoretically able to adjust:
1's in/ex
2's exhaust
3's intake

One full rotation after that and it's:
4's in/ex
3's exhaust
2's intake

Right?

Can't figure out why this is not working.

Maybe I should get a visual confirmation that the cylinders are at TDC?

Or, is there a simpler way to approach this?
