Re: Possible fork seal leak fix?

I tried the fix with the film strip and I think it worked!  Still am planning on changing seals but I noticed the snap rings don't look like a "C" with 2 holes on the ends but instead look round with curved indentations across from each other on each side of the stanchion tube.  What kind of tool removes these so one can remove the old seals?
