Here is the switch I have. 5 pins and only one key. I still havent had time to test it.If this is the type of switch you need then i will test it. There is a small crack in the body of the switch and another small area of the plastic part where the plug goes that is broke off. Nothing that seems like it will let the switch fly apart,but if you think you might want this i can get some pics of those areas for you.
