Pick it or Kick it? 1978 Honda Twin Star 185

I found a 1978 Honda Twin Star 185 for sale for 100 bucks. It is all there except for some small things--turn signals, throttle cable, a couple bolts that hold the chain guard. Does not have the carbs.

I don't mind a project and would like a bike project for this winter. Both of my current bike projects are almost complete already.

Overall it is in good condition and will clean up nicely. No rips in the seats, no major dents and paint is all there as far as I can see. The guy got it from a friend and used the carbs on his 200, which he sold this year. He said that his friend told him the bike lost spark (yes, that is the bad part).. .So it could turn out to be something serious, or it could be something simple.

Just a matter of opinion... Would you pick it or kick it?
