Have you heard of or had experience with the pod filters sucking? Should I try and get a stock airbox, or try tuning the Carbs for the extra air flow? I have been lucky enough to be around some people who are amateur AMA racers, sponsored by one of the local shops in the Seattle area. From what I understand more air flow, more fuel, and a hotter spark means more power. So with the right mods and tuning I should be able to get my 750 running clean. Burning more gas up but running solid. Or am I wrong when it comes to the 82 cb750? Maybe this bike is better left OEM for consistant performance. I don't ha e a lot of experience with this bike, or era of bikes for that matter. I've owned a ninja 250 & 500, a 2004 Yamaha R6, 2003 Yamaha R1 and a KLR 650. Most time on the R6-R1. I have a 99 yz125 that's carbureted, but don't have experience with jetting. I used a power commander and a laptop to tune my R1. Anyway, if you have suggestions please tell me! Thanks! My bike is an 82, I was born in 84!
