81 CB750K Front Forks Question

I just bought an 81 750K and one of the first things I noticed was that when I got on the bike, the front forks sagged quite a bit. To the point where if I hit the front brakes the tire would rub on the fender.

I have never messed with forks before, and was wondering where I would start checking oil levels, the psi, seals, etc. and where/how to check these.
