OK. I see the problem. But don't know how to cure it. The clutch hub is going in too far and dragging on the tranny input shaft. I don't recall having a thrust washer. Why is it going too far? Guess I'm not racing the bike tomorrow after all :(. Oh yeah, I am reusing my original clutch but I replaced the faulty outer cork with a Barnett.  Ebc springs
