Got it all figured out. I guess someone in my family just messed with the air valve cap and let some of the air pressure out. Found a hand pump, pumped it up to 11psi, bingo. Rides perfect, and the previous owner just changed all the fluids at the beginning of this season, so I'll be alright or a while.
