One of the pdf's says to break the bank and clean each carb separately, but I didn't do that and mine are running amazingly well.
Oh, and to check for a vacuum leak spray some wd-40 or starter fluid where you think you have the leak (e.g. the boots) while the engine is running. If the revs go up, you have a leak.
