choke seized

I have an 81 CB750, and i went for a long ride with some premium gas this past weekend. Now the choke will not pull out and has seized. I have tried lubricating it, but it seems there is pressure built up in the cable. Any advice for this problem. Is there a release drain on the bike? any help would be appreciated
