Yes. The bowls come off just by popping the clips to the front. You can get at the jets with a stubby screwdriver pretty easy. Just be real careful. The pilots are really fragile and you can break one pretty easy. Just make sure you have your screwdriver lined up good and that it fits the jet good. Thats how I do mine.
