Clutch adjustment?

Hi everybody..hope someone has an idea on this. When I start off in first and let the clutch out it lurches foward and stalls...otherwise all the other gears shifts fine and downshifts into first no problem. The clutch is either all in or all out on first gear. Is there any adjustment so I can ease it into gear easier without it stalling ?
