Cheapest, easiest thing to try, is SeaFoam in the gas tank (follow directions for amount).  If the jets have minor clogging, it will help; if the jets are completely clogged, it won't help, and you will need to pull them off, and apart.  Wal-Mart sells it for around $8-$9 per can.  Give it a shot.  Cheers!
