I normally remove old N put new on band, tube?,Tire,Lil air then let them balance,bounce the tire afew times and slap
the weight to be sure it's on tight,
(do all this to be safe N less scratches).
Know I had A guy when I lived in Cal.that would speed balance my tires(80-90m.p.h.) while on the bike,
For free,He bought chains by the rolls N cut to length,There are lots of things out there just keep looking N don't burn no bridges,He owed me (paint job) .
