Losing power

Hi,
Had a weird thing start happening.  Rode to work with no issues and when leaving at the end of the day, the bike sounded and acted like I was either low on gas or a plug wire came off.......you know, kind of rough and loppy sounding with no get up and go.  I let it sit for a couple of days and went to get gas about 3 miles down the road and it ran great.  While at the gas station, I noticed I was leaking gas from the middle of the 3 small tubes that are positioned under the bike in front of the rear tire.  Started the bike up and it was running rough again with no get up and go!  Any ideas what gives here?
