Much depends on how big your tire is.  If running the stock size then 18x48 will do you fine up to one tire size over stock.

I am going to change over to 530 chain and I noticed Shiny mentioned 18 - 48 as being a good combo for 530 chain.  I'm probably going to use the bike for a combination of city and highway riding so I was thinking of sprockets that would give decent power on takeoff and not be winding out rpm's at 70 mph.  What sprockets would give me that?
