The gasket on the left is the one that goes on the very top of your carburetor. If you just pull the bowls off your carbs and clean the needles you'll probably be OK. I doubt you need to do a complete teardown and clean since you have been riding the bike. Probably just some crud got in the needle. Clear that out and you'll be back to normal
