Yeah,you're def in need of new faces! Do you want to retain an original look,or would you mind aftermarket or even digital gauges? I have a set of stock gauges with cafe style appliques on them i would sell if you are looking for something like that. As far as aftermarket gauges,Trailtech makes a digital setup called Vapor which you can get for around $100 shipped to you. It's super easy to install. Its what I have on my cafe now.I absolutely love it. Best thing about it is my speedo is deadly accurate now,but I will admit I have not had much luck getting the tach operate right on the Vapor. Honestly,i havent tried very hard either.
