One of your throttle cables ( I think the pull cable) has a threaded portion on it to adjust the amount of freeplay between the push-pull cables.You want just a little bit of slack in there. Not so much that the return cable can bunch up on you,just enough to feel a slight rattle when you wiggle the throttle. That can cause a sticky throttle. That,and sharp bends in the cables. It can be hard to get those cables routed sometimes,you just gotta play with them. Most aftermarket bars are not drilled for the keys since they dont know which bike they will be getting installed on. You just have to drill them yourself. Good luck with it!
