Place to send my carbs off to??

I posted before about my bike (1979 cb750L/K) bogging down in high idle, and how I thought the pod filters, which were on the bike when I bought it, was the major issue with the fuel flow/mixture. So, I purchased the stock airbox, and put it on. It didn't help, infact it seems to be choking the carbs in a negative manor, and is now showing the problem slightly below high idle now.

The local guy down here doesn't want to work on any old bikes/carbs right now. So rather than wait another 3 months for him to possibly turn me down again, I'm thinking I would like to ship them out to someone who can GET IT DONE.

I'm not a carb guy, yet, and I don't feel like diagnosing something I know little about. I am 90% sure the main jets are the wrong size, accoring to the informaion the previous owner passed along to me about the pod filters and the issues he's had since having them installed.

Does any one have any suggestions, or know where I might be able to send the carbs off to?

I'm located in Tulsa OK.
